Coros Pace 3 GPS Sporthorloge Wit met Siliconen Band

Ik ben erg blij met dit horloge. Super licht, batterij gaat inderdaad erg lang mee, fijne bediening, ook tijdens het sporten, helemaal top! App is ook prima, al gebruik ik die niet zoveel.

After over 5 years with the Forerunner 935, I was looking for a new watch. Criteria: MIPS display (no OLED on a watch for me, thank you very much), long battery life, multi-sports capable, and the smaller the better—I never liked the size of the FR935. The Pace 3 fit those criteria and after a month of using it I am extremely happy with the watch. At the same screen size as the FR935, the body of the watch is noticeably smaller and lighter, which is a huge bonus in my book: it fits under more jumpers and doesn’t get caught so easily when putting on jackets. I also really like the look of the watch, which looks better in person than on pictures. It’s proudly plastic and has a stormtrooper vibe to it. Battery life is excellent - roughly comparably to the FR935. The display is lovely - better than that of the FR935. All activities that I need are there, including heart rate measurement when swimming (yay!). I like the interaction with the Digital Crown, it really works well. I can’t talk about the touch screen as that was the first thing I switched off - I just don’t like tough screens on watches, nothing to do with the Coros, I just think it’s unnecessary. And even without the touch screen, navigating the watch is much easier than the five buttons on the FR935. Finally, the Coros app is very nice, better than Garmin connect ever was and that is even before the latest update to v.5, which ruined Garmin connect for me (and, as far as I can tell from the app reviews, for most of the users). A couple of limitations: The watch does not sync with ridewithgps (it does with komoot). The pause screen when swimming can’t be edited. Telephone calls let the watch buzz but WhatsApp calls and FaceTime calls do not. But these are compromises I can live with and otherwise this is an absolutely brilliant watch.
